Monday: Southern-style Meatloaf made with Stone Cross Farm ground pork and local beef smothered with smoked tomato gravy. Served with buttermilk whipped potatoes and fresh steamed green beans, $10.95
 
Tuesday: Shrimp and Grits Half-dozen large shrimp sauteed with our rich and spicy shrimp jus and lots of butter over Weisenberger stoneground white Cheddar grits, $10.95
 
Wednesday: Lisa's Famous Etouffee Holly Hill Inn sous chef Lisa Laufer is famous for her etouffee, rich with brown butter and the Cajun trinity of peppers, onion and celery, simmered with your choice of tender crawfish tails, shrimp or pulled Hickory Run Farm chicken over white rice $12.95

Thursday: Bluegrass Burrito A jumbo flour torilla stuffed with our pulled pork, local beef or chicken, Cameron's Black Bean and Corn Salad, Kenny's Chipotle Colby cheese, tomato and shredded lettuce and topped with guacamole, sour cream and Screamin' Mimi's Salsa, $9.95

Catfish Tacos Three tender corn tortillas filled with smoked catfish, slaw, our own creamy hot sauce, Kenny's Chipotle Colby cheese and tomato, with Cameron's Black Bean and Corn Salad on the side,  $9.95

Friday: Fresh Fish of the Week Superfresh fish from the Great Northwest or the Gulf Coast, seared with lemon, herbs and olive oil, served with steamed new potatoes and our vegetable of the day, $19.95

Blackened Catfish rubbed with our own Kentucky Cajun spices and seared in Mr. Jim's cast-iron skillet. With choice of two sides, $11.95

Saturday: Smoked and Slow-cooked Stone Cross Farm Pork Ribs country-style and falling-off-the-bone tender with choice of two side dishes, $14.95
 
Sunday: Windy Corner's Kentucky Proud Hot Brown Open-faced, toasted brioche stacked with Hickory Run Farm's smoked chicken, Browning's country ham, Kenny's White Cheddar mornay, Stone Cross Farm bacon, Parmesan and tomato, $9.95
